You receive instructions for sending tax documents, identification, and financial records through an approved secure method.
Prepare and organize
SIMS completes the agreed work and contacts you when information is unclear or missing.

Missing documents, delayed filing, and disorganized records are problems to solve, not reasons for shame.
Human-led review
Technology can support the process, but professional judgment and final responsibility remain with SIMS.
Inclusive access
Neurodivergent, disabled, busy, and first-time clients can request communication support without disclosing a diagnosis.
Meet the Founder & Owner
Hi, I’m Sierra N. Sims.
I created SIMS to make taxes and financial information feel clearer, more personal, and less overwhelming. As a neurodivergent business owner and busy mother, I understand that people do not all process information the same way.
SIMS pairs organized systems and careful professional standards with straightforward explanations, flexible communication, and support without judgment. Whether you are filing for your family or trying to understand your business numbers, you deserve to feel informed throughout the process.
Clear explanations • Thoughtful systems • Human support
